Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details you submit via forms (name, email, phone and information about your property) are used solely to handle your enquiry and our client relationship, and are not shared with third parties beyond the system providers required to deliver the service.

You have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of your data. Contact us via the details on this website and we will assist you.

Country. When you send an enquiry we record which country it came from, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider. We store the country, never the IP address. It helps us understand where our visitors are and which languages we need to offer — never to identify you.

Contacts we approach ourselves

International Gyllene Property AB sometimes contacts professionals we have no prior relationship with — developers, project managers and others who decide on the marketing and sale of new-build homes. In those cases the details come from the person's own public LinkedIn profile, not from the person.

We store name, job title, company, a link to the profile, location, and whether we have been in touch and had a reply. The purpose is to be able to present what we do to the person who decides. The legal basis is legitimate interest: we have an interest in reaching the right person, and the details are professional ones, published by the person in a professional network.

The details are not shared with anyone outside the company, beyond the service providers who run our systems. They are stored within the EU and are not transferred to any country outside it.

A contact who never replies is erased twelve months after the last of at most three attempts. Where a conversation is under way, the details are kept for twenty-four months after the most recent contact. Anyone who declines is kept on a suppression list for thirty-six months — name, profile link and date — precisely so that we do not get in touch again.

You have the right to object to this processing. Contact us and we will delete your details and will not approach you again. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to reply to our message in order to object. You also have the right to request access, rectification, erasure and restriction.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), or the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

This is a baseline version — the full policy is currently under legal review and is updated continuously.
