How we use AI
AI-first — with humans at the centre, and marked where AI has been involved.
International Gyllene Property is an AI company working in real estate. That doesn't mean machines make the decisions — it means the work behind every transaction is built with intelligent systems from the start. These are the principles governing all our AI use.
AI drafts, humans decide
No text, valuation or customer communication is ever published or sent by AI on its own. A human always reads and decides.
Always clearly labelled
When you talk to our AI concierge or receive an AI indication, you know it's AI. We never pretend a machine is a human.
Your data is protected
We minimise what data is shared with AI systems and never use your information to train models.
No advice from AI
AI provides general information and indications — never legal, tax or financial advice. That responsibility rests with our registered agents, and in Spain with the colleague there.
The EU AI Act requires transparency when people interact with AI systems. We don't see that as a burden but as a given — and we mark where AI has been involved.
The marks
Five marks show what has been done to a text. They say what took place — never that the result is right.
- Rewritten by AI
The description has been language-processed by AI.
- Translated by AI
Translated by AI from the seller's original language.
- Listing data screened by AI
Photographs, image quality, watermarks, location and tenure have been checked against set rules before publication.
- Written by AI, reviewed by the person responsible
The text is written by AI and read before publication by the person responsible for the content.
- AI answers instantly
You are talking to a model, not to a person. If you would like to speak to one of us, leave your name and email in the chat and we will get back to you.
Download the marks
We think anyone reading a text should be able to see what has been done to it. That is why the marks are free to use — by others too.
All five marks in one file (zip)
The files are named -on-light and -on-dark after the background they go on, not after their own colour.
The marks were created by International Gyllene Property, and the copyright is ours. That takes nothing away from you: use them freely, on your own content, whatever you work with. Just leave them unchanged — shape, colour and words as they are. A mark that looks different in different places stops meaning anything.
Put a mark on content that has genuinely been handled the way the mark describes. That is the whole condition, and it is also the whole point: a reader should be able to trust that the mark tells the truth.
A mark tells you what was done — not that the result is right. It is no promise about the accuracy of the content, and it cannot be invoked against us. Responsibility for what the text says stays with whoever publishes it.
The system in numbers
Continuously updated from our own measurement — numbers, not adjectives.

How the content is made
Every property and every post takes the same route. AI does the groundwork, a person reads it and decides, and what is published carries a mark.
- 1
The source material
We start from what already exists — the seller's details, our own photos, facts about the area. Nothing is added that is not there.
- 2
The rewriting
AI rewrites the language and translates it into nine languages. The details carry over; the wording changes.
- 3
The decision
A person reads it through and decides whether it goes out. Nothing is published without that step.
The way we work is changing. Not in one place — everywhere, and all at once. Processes are being rebuilt from the ground up. Decision support exists before anyone has asked for it. Whole businesses are being organised in a new way.
We are in the middle of it.
AURQI is vertical AI — built from inside a business in operation, not by a tech company that studied the industry from the outside. Out of real deals, real customers and real demands to deliver. That is the difference between a generic tool and a system that understands what actually decides a deal.
This is not about answering an email faster. It is about changing how an entire business works — how information flows, how decisions are made, how the customer is met along the whole journey and how the organisation scales without losing focus.
We are continuously building new systems. Modules that solve problems across the board — connected infrastructure that can be combined, built on and adapted. Every part is tested in live operation. More are launched all the time.
Our vision reaches beyond software. We are building towards an interplay between people and AI in the physical environment — presence and intelligence where the customer actually is, at every moment of the process.
That is where we are building. And we are bringing along those who want to be part of it.
