You purchase the service directly from the supplier, who bears full responsibility for the work performed. Any complaints or claims should therefore be directed to the supplier, not to us.

We're looking for serious, professional firms with a ready offer we can present to our clients. You get a new channel to qualified buyers and sellers, and agree on the collaboration with us directly. Responsibility for the work always stays with you as the supplier.

Add-on services in Spain are handled by our partner there (Stephanie Gylleneiden, autónomo) and services in Sweden by International Gyllene Property AB — so contracts, invoicing and liability always sit in the right country.
