No text, valuation or customer communication is ever published or sent by AI on its own. A human always reviews and approves.

When you talk to our AI concierge or receive an AI indication, you know it's AI. We never pretend a machine is a human.
Your data is protected
We follow GDPR, minimise what data is shared with AI systems and never use your information to train models.
No advice from AI
AI provides general information and indications — never legal, tax or financial advice. That responsibility rests with our registered agents and partners.
The EU AI Act requires transparency when people interact with AI systems. We don't see that as a burden but as a given — and we build our tools to exceed the requirements, not merely meet them.
