Huvila, Sierra Blanca, Marbella

Casa Adina is a charming family villa, originally built in 1999, designed by the architect César de Leyva, offered in immaculate move-in condition following a recent refurbishment. A beautiful entrance hall overlooking an interior patio leads to the ground floor living accommodation comprising a spacious living and dining area with panoramic sea views. Also on this level is situated a large fully fitted kitchen/diner with breakfast terrace and three large bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have excellent sea views whilst the third bedroom faces the mature garden. From the living room, a covered terrace overlooks the heated saltwater pool and extensive garden. Upstairs is situated a further terrace with lovely views to La Concha mountain and the master bedroom with private dressing room and bathroom with excellent sea views.

The lower ground level is situated at the garden level and features a further three large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bar, office, utility room, a double garage, a large fully fitted modern kitchen and a very spacious additional living room with access to the garden level and with sea views. The lower floor has underfloor heating and can be accessed independently from a side entrance, meaning staff or guests can access this floor without going through the main entrance. The property benefits from a large, flat and private south-facing plot with sea views towards Puerto Banús and the African coastline.
