International Gyllene Property AB is registered with the Swedish Estate Agents Inspectorate and operates under their supervision.

Our business rests on three pillars. Property Brokerage: homes, villas, holiday houses, new developments, and international property deals. Projects & Investment: land development, investments, and strategic advisory. In Spain, our partner also offers project development and construction management for smaller renovations, in connection with a brokered sale. Digital Services and AI: we build systems that run entire businesses, not single functions. Our own operation runs on them every day, with everything that entails in terms of customers, regulation, and accountability. We keep developing that technology to make it available to others too.
